I’m super excited to tell you all about a FREE 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge group I will be doing this month!
I’m going to be completely honest and raw, I struggle with emotional/stress eating. On nights my hubby is off the next day, I struggle to not eat junk while we stay up and watch shows on the DVR or movies. I struggle not having coffee loaded with unhealthy creamer or tea with tons of honey (because there is such a thing as too much of a good thing), as a way to relax and have a moment. I’ve made a huge dent in this area but I need to work on it more. I don’t want to feel like I HAVE to have these things to relax and to have a peaceful moment. I don’t want to always fight cravings. I know I can’t be the only one who feels like this…. I know someone out there needs this as much as I do… and that’s why I’m listening to what I feel is God’s nudging to do this study as a challenge group and to help as many women as I can while doing it. Won’t you join me?? I could really use the encouragement and accountability!
We will be focusing on letting go of old habits and replacing them with new healthy habits. Part of this will be done with the Made To Crave: 21 Day Challenge available from the Bible app. If you do not have the Bible app you can download it on you smartphone, tablet, or you can access it online!
This challenge is completely FREE. The app is free. The bible study is free. My coaching is free. Just you, me, a few other women, God, and us learning how to turn to Him instead of food or our earthly desires.
